Through Team Allen, we bring an extraordinary range of training services and expertise to the Federal Government - from high tech simulations in 6-degree of freedom trainers to blended e-learning solutions to no tech, instructor-led training.
Specifically, Team Allen was awarded a prime contract to provide Customized Training and Learning Solutions. Services provided within this Key Service Area include, but are not limited to, the following examples:
- Learning systems development and integration
- Blended learning solutions
- Technology-enabled learning interventions
- Web-based job aids and performance support strategies, including enterprise-wide solutions such as help desks or call centers
- Classroom based training programs
- Electronic Performance Support Systems
- Training implementation and program management office (PMO) support, to include such activities as course delivery, web-hosting, and copying of instructional materials, for such enterprises as training departments, corporate universities, school houses, and human resources departments.
